MR. HANAMANTRAO GAIKWAD

He started his career in 1995 as a design intern with Tata Motors while fueling the idea of starting a non profit organization that supports the underprivileged and needy with education.
His empathy and self struggle led him to start Bharti Vikas, which is India’s largest self integrated services company today; that provided direction, education and jobs to youth.
His vision still stands towards India’s unprecedented Progress and that the right education can mould young minds to achieve great milestones. A housekeeping outfit outsourcing in-house set-up started in 1997 with mere 8 people grew to 300 in just three years with the motive of consistent quality of work and strong focus.
Mr. Gaikwad is the recipient of several awards like Lokmat Maharashtrian of the Year, The Rotary Club Award and The Largest Entrepreneur in the Private Sector while featuring on several leading news channels and publications.
MS. SHEETAL BAPAT
Founder-Shyaamchi Aai Foundation
A staunch believer that education is the crux to success of the nation and the Founder of Shyamchi Aai Foundation, an organization that empowers youth to realize their potential through the right counselling and educational tools. Her diverse experience and thirst of innovation led her to succeed in many roles she set out on. An alumni of Symbiosis and MIT, with a Marketing and Branding Diploma, her first venture was into graphic designing and printing by the name of Shree Graphics in 1994. She then started her own HR Consultancy, M and S Associated in 1998. She always experienced a strong pull in the education sector and her undying love gave birth to Shyamchi Aai in 2001.
Ms. Sheetal, was working while completing her education and practiced Branding with PNG Jewelers for 6 years as the Branding and Marketing head. Then moving on to successfully teaching at the Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce (BMCC).
She brings zest and perspectives to the importance of right and structured education.
MR. FATECHAND RANKA

Famous by the name and known by his cadre in the Jewellery industry, Fatechand Ranka is an exceptional businessman and well rooted in the Indian economy.
He is a celebrated orator and strategist and that clearly shows in his enterprise. One of the board members of the Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, the President of Pune Gold Council, The President of Lions Club (81-82) and the trustee/chairman of several regional organizations. He is privileged recipient of many Awards. MR. CHAKOR GANDHI
Visionary, an Educationalist, a Motivator
Meet Mr. Chakor Gandhi, a visionary leader, educator, and motivator. With extensive experience and a passion for his work, Mr. Gandhi has excelled in various fields throughout his life. He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Marketing & Production, and he successfully manages the 'Jawahir Trading Company' and his own company, Sonia Converters, which specializes in manufacturing paper products.
Mr. Gandhi's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish a career and immigration consultancy company in 2002. He is renowned for his oratory skills and has delivered impactful lectures to large audiences over the years. As a lifelong learner, he became a Professional Certified Coach and attended an executive program at IIM Ahmedabad. He actively contributes to educational institutes and trusts across the country.
In addition to his accomplishments, Mr. Gandhi is a celebrated writer, having written numerous articles for the esteemed Sakal newspaper. These articles received enthusiastic responses, leading to further opportunities to write for 'Sakal-Neostar Posiview.' His achievements have been recognized with various awards, including the prestigious "Vyapar Bhushan" Puraskar in 2003-04.

MR. CHAKOR GANDHI
Visionary, an Educationalist, a Motivator
Leaders are not taught to lead. They are just born to lead. Here is an example of a born Leader. Also a Visionary, an Educationalist, a Motivator, a Master of his field and an epitome of versatility.
Meet the extremely charming, Mr Chakor Gandhi, whose age, since 1959, has added only experience and confidence to be able to motivate; to his life.
Brought up and educated in Pune, he has had an exposure to the best institutes along with the freedom to choose his interest of study. This brought him to complete his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering followed by MBA in Marketing & Production.
Born into a Business Family, Mr. Gandhi easily took over and is successfully running the ‘Jawahir Trading Company’ under which a retail outlet for paper and printing material is run and manufacturing of Label stock is carried out.
An entrepreneur at heart, he set up his own company by the name of Sonia Converters which is mainly engaged in manufacturing of Fax rolls, Thermal paper rolls, Special billing rolls, Plotter rolls, POS rolls etc.
In the year 2002 along with a partner, he promptly set up a company providing services like Career Consultancy and Immigration Consultancy.
Oratory being his forte, delivering lectures is his passion. He prides himself of addressing huge crowds with a roaring response over the years.
He is a modest learner and aims to share his professional knowledge. He is a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation.
It’s said that learning is a lifelong process. Enthusiast by nature, he attended an executive program for SMEs at the illustrious IIM Ahmedabad.
Given his passion for Education and Social activities, several bodies of Educational Institutes and Trusts across the country have him as an active member on them.
Another facet to his versatility is that he is a celebrated writer. He has written several articles for the very highly subscribed Sakal newspaper on topics like, ‘Upbringing of Children’, “21st Century, a Challenge” “Jobs but no People & People but no Jobs”, “Zep” (meaning Leap in Marathi), “Three Legged Race” and many more. These articles received euphoric response after which he was approached by Sakal to write articles in their supplement called ‘Sakal-Neostar Posiview’.
With a personality of an achiever, Mr Gandhi has been bestowed upon with a large number of awards in an array of fields. One of the most prestigious being the “Vyapar Bhushan” Puraskar for the year 2003-04. With many more such events and achievements to his kitty, humility is what he truly believes in. Also his ability to connect with almost any age group comfortably makes him relate to their issues on a personal level and to bring out the best in them who seek help or counselling from him.
As it is rightly said, “A Leader is the one who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way”. Mr. Chakor Gandhi is a perfect example of that.

Dr Deepak Shikarpur selected on national board of IT Education Rotary International World President honours Dr Deepak Shikarpur Dr Deepak was employed in the IT department of Telco, now Tata Motors from 1985 till July 2000. He singlehandedly pioneered concept and marketing of the Software Product, Turbo Analyst, for bringing discipline in software development life-cycle. This product won several awards and accolades from various forums/IT Publications during the decade 1990-2000. From 1996-2000 he was involved in Global Business Development activities of Tata Technolgies in areas such as ERP/SAP, Engineering Services and Project Management. He had a successful and rewarding career for 15 years in the Tata Group. He is member of Advisory Board of Saama Tech USA and Chief Mentor of a US and India based Digital Healthcare company
Col. VINOD MARWAHA
Founder-Shyaamchi Aai Foundation
B.E Civil and Post-graduation in Structural Engineering from College of Military Engineering, Dapodi, Pune. Chairman of Indus Champs and President & Managing Trustee, IIEBM Trust.
He is an alumni of the 1967 batch of the national Defense Academy, Khadakwasla, Pune. He was commissioned in 1971 into the Bombay Sappers and was immediately thereafter deployed on the western front for the Indo Pak war. He has been actively involved with education at iiebm since 2000.
Currently he is the Director of 2 NGO’s working in the field of demining and UXO in Srilanka, Kuwait, and Qatar since the last decade. He brings with him the good old army values of credibility, commitment and discipline, which have become the hall mark of our institute.
