He started his career in 1995 as a design intern with Tata Motors while fueling the idea of starting a non profit organization that supports the underprivileged and needy with education.
His empathy and self struggle led him to start Bharti Vikas, which is India’s largest self integrated services company today; that provided direction, education and jobs to youth.
His vision still stands towards India’s unprecedented Progress and that the right education can mould young minds to achieve great milestones. A housekeeping outfit outsourcing in-house set-up started in 1997 with mere 8 people grew to 300 in just three years with the motive of consistent quality of work and strong focus.
Mr. Gaikwad is the recipient of several awards like Lokmat Maharashtrian of the Year, The Rotary Club Award and The Largest Entrepreneur in the Private Sector while featuring on several leading news channels and publications.
Famous by the name and known by his cadre in the Jewellery industry, Fatechand Ranka is an exceptional businessman and well rooted in the Indian economy.
He is a celebrated orator and strategist and that clearly shows in his enterprise. One of the board members of the Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, the President of Pune Gold Council, The President of Lions Club (81-82) and the trustee/chairman of several regional organizations. He is privileged recipient of many Awards. Dr Deepak Shikarpur selected on national board of IT Education Rotary International World President honours Dr Deepak Shikarpur. Dr Deepak was employed in the IT department of Telco, now Tata Motors from 1985 till July 2000. He singlehandedly pioneered concept and marketing of the Software Product, Turbo Analyst, for bringing discipline in software development life-cycle. This product won several awards and accolades from various forums/IT Publications during the decade 1990-2000. From 1996-2000 he was involved in Global Business Development activities of Tata Technolgies in areas such as ERP/SAP, Engineering Services and Project Management. He had a successful and rewarding career for 15 years in the Tata Group.He is member of Advisory Board of Saama Tech USA and Chief Mentor of a US and India based Digital Healthcare company
